I know this all boils down to preferences and some people just buy these things just to have them and others dont at all. anyways, if this wasn't so expensive and I actually cared for this game I would've shared it some thoughts. Here is what WoW Wrath of the Lich King features:
The Art of World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, a 208-page book featuring neverbefore- seen images from the game.
An exclusive in-game pet: Frosty, the baby frost wyrm.
A behind-the-scenes DVD containing over an hour of developer interviews, the Wrath of the Lich King intro cinematic with director's commentary, and more.
The official soundtrack CD, containing 21 epic tracks from the game, along with exclusive bonus tracks.
A mouse pad featuring a map of the newly opened continent of Northrend.
Two World of Warcraft Trading Card Game March of the LegionT starter decks, along with
two exclusive cards available only in the Collector's Edition.it is however rather expensive and NOT for everyone, but here you really get something for your money.I remember buying ME limited collector's edition and it only contained some art book .. wow .. on the other hand it didn't cost more then the regular one. Heres a limited collectors edition that' ...
Because it's WoW. Just no.Heres a limited collectors edition that' ...
I thought about it when I saw it on Amazon, when I pre-ordering it but it didn't have a price for it and Play didn't either... But damm it I think I should of a Pet Wyrm would be cool.
Because it's WoW. Just no.
Well I don't like wow either, but seriously, why don't other companies make something like this? Ingame pet, a mouse pad and this card trading game, I dont say that other companies should be making card games because I dont personally like those sort of card games but atleast you get something instead of just an artbook.

I think the Fallout 3 lunchbox edition is one of the best Limited edition sets I've ever bought. Just ?0 more for all those goodies!
Thats not really off this world for CEs. Many people confuse limited editions with collectors which is why we normally have people believing that a tin case and DVD are actual CEs. But actual CEs are the ones with more extras.Nonetheless, this is not a CE, but its an LCE which are the more expensive ones, as the Legendary Halo 3 Edition, or the Lancer Gears of War 2 edition
How abouth the Fallout 3 CE? That is a really cool CE well worth the extra ?0 extra(or ?4 extra for the CE and the CE Guide book to go with it)The UK FarCry2 GAME LE is damn cool too, A full wooden box, Tshirt that no one will wear, DVD and ArtbookShame they screwed us over on the Map Guide Book....However, I hate WoW....
Doom 3 on the Xbox was. It came with Doom 1 and Doom 2 and you could do 4 player splitscreen co-op with it. It was amazing.

A t-shirt? come on I got plenty of those.A launch box? well that's some usefull atleast but not appealing to me.I dont like having a mask from Halo or some action figure because they're not appealing to me, to some they are so that's fine with me, but they could also make another edition where you get usefull things for the game, maybe something like a strategic guide for RTS/FPS/RPG games, not a walkthrough but a guide so that you'd be able to learn about the different monsters in some of the games, I'd much rather pay a little extra for that then some of the other useless stuff like a t-shirt. :)atleast that's my opinion.
