I am willing to bet that Guitar Hero 4 will be reviewed in about 2 weeks.
The day's not over yet. They could all still be posted sometime tonight.
Maybe whatever game you want to look at got a lower than wanted score and the game producers put time restrictions on the lower score being published.
Honestly I think GS is having a discussion with MS about Gears 2's score to see what they would like it to be. The review is done, but the score isn't.
The more the game is played, the more accurate the review.

I usually take GS's reviews with a grain of salt. I'm on GS for the forums and I go to IGN for reviews, get the best of both worlds.
