So the devs working on Halo Wars said that its an rts that's really supposed to change the way that rts are played on counsels, but after playing the EndWar demo I was really impressed on how quick and efficient the voice controls worked. I think Halo Wars will be better. Endwar is really shallow in the gameplay department.

Voice command worked great. I have no idea what you are talking about. Graphics really weren't that bad.

I thought that it made making commands very easy and quick, not to mention that I thought that it just felt really cool, like I was actually commanding a small army. What do you think makes it frustrating and terrible?
I've played the demo too and it seemed like an alright game. How is it shallow?

End Wars because Halo Wars hasn't shown me anything that made my jaw drop.

The only way you can change the way RTS's are played on consoles is by allowing the use of a mouse and keyboard. That said, Halo Wars will probably end up being the more solid game because it's being made by Ensemble Studios, yet still decades behind modern PC RTS's.
Tbh I don't really know that much about either, but I do remember thinking that the Endwar online looked very interesting, so I'm gonna go with that, nothing in Halo Wars has really caught my eye yet. I wouldn't like to use voice command tho, if they're in english my accent/pronunciation would prolly get in the way, plus my roommates would think I'm an idiot shouting military commands alone in my room.
The commands are really simple and explain during loading screens.Anyways the commands are something like team 1 move to Bravo, ofcourse you can use more advanced commands but i dont see how they can **** such a simple thing up. :)
Not a RTS fan at all, but even i know Starcraft 2 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Halo Wars and EndWar. Why even bring it up in a EW vs. HW thread, lol

Starcraft 2 highly more likely to be a better rts than HW or EW will be, but that's not the discussion. The discussion is between the two games HW and EW, and between these two games which do you think will be better. I put starcraft 2 on that poll for poops and giggles.

all three will suck(except maybe endwar)the REAL rts battle is between DOW2 and Empire:TW
