Microsoft does not want you to buy x360They want that you buy both X360,PC (Windows Vista),their controlers,etc.Why would they make PC game that have great keyboard + mouse controls?Everyone have KB+ mouse. But not everyone have gamepad. So they make cr*p controls and sell you x360 ( most ppl will buy x360 controler because its so popular) So they dont loose much,but they gain much.Its all about moneySame is with Sony and Nintendo Why would EA stop using DRM?With DRM they can complain about piracy,and many users will buy their game on console because of annoyance,more expencive = more profit.Why would someone make great game and earn ''few'' bucks (Grim Fandango etc.) when they can make cr*p game and earn lotThey are humans afterall,and they need to have 22 inch chain around.. i mean they need to eatAnd one pool is not enough,i mean room $$$ money money money $$$ $$$ Green Green $$$

I tried my best to understand your post. How does MS get money from open platform PC games?
Any company that's out in the world is out to make money. We as consumers have to be smart on who to spend it on get what's in return to us that has value. This is not something new.
Sadly, that is what happens with big corporations.
