Resistance or Gears? Wow this is hard...

I just bought Resistance 2 today but can't even bring myself to open the thing. I know Gears 2 comes out in 2 days and I won't have time to play both. I know I will end up playing more Gears for now since all my friends are on XBL. But man does Resistance look cool. I've only had my PS3 for a few months and don't really have any gaming friends on PSN yet. Why do they have to compete for my time and emotions like this? Why?! Why to be Mango!?! Why to be me....Resistance or Gears? Wow this is hard...

Life is made of hard choices. Want a solution to your problem? Mail me your R2 copy and that way you'll resist the temptation. xD. Personally I didn't like the first Resistance. I thought it was a solid shooter but it was too average, nothing that stuck out and I didn't get atached to the story. Gears on the other hand is very badass and will definetly be a day 1 purchase for me :)
IDK Resistance and Gears both got a 9.5 by IGN.
Easier for me, R2 isn't big enough to be released world wide so i get gears friday, with the rest of the world and might pick up R2 when I'm done. :D

I will probably get both with the realization that with R2 I might never be able to get online (which stinks..60 players is mad just mad). Online is always a crap shoot with PSN. With XBL it just works.Keep both if you can afford it.

Gears, because the one player was so good last time; i loved it. Resistance didn't interest me that much but the 2nd looks cool.
