After Sony is done playing with shooters I think they should focus on things like

Gran Turismo

Dark Cloud

Uncharted

Heavenly Sword

and many more.



Killzone 2 is Sony's biggest game. It was one of their main presentations at E3 and other gaming events. Back in 05 and 06, Sony wanted to tap into the 360's market with shooters and it seems like in the process they ditched their unique 1st/2nd party games.



Now that Resistance 2 is out and Killzone 2 is coming in less then four months all their high profiled shooters will be outta the way. Killzone 2 is heavily funded by SCE so of course they'll direct lots of attention to that.

I'm pretty sure the Ninja Theory and Sony said HS won't get a sequel nor was one ever planned. I can't wait for the Next Uncharted and Ico game, though.

Just because the first one flopped doesn't mean the second one will. Using this logic Gears 2 and Fable 2 will come to PC because Fable and Gears 1 did.



Resistance has very few reviews so far, give it more time then pass judgement.



360 is more of a shooter console but it has more variety, PS3 has less variety and Sony is putting to much attention on shooters and neglecting their other games.
yeah, it'd be awesome to see some of the old ip's renewed to the next gen status aswell as the non fps new ips receive some well deserved attention :Doff topic: system wars is tearing itself at the seams...slowly:lol:

Sucker Punch are working on Infamous, A full Ratchet game only came out last year,, GoW 3 is in development, as is GT, Level 5 are working on WKC, Uncharted will more than likely get a sequel, Heavenly Sword won't..

[/QUOTE]Halo2 came out in 2004:|, HALO 2 made XBL where it is today, that's when MS saw a potetinal in Online Gaming and don't you dare compare XBL to the crappy PS2 online you needed to buy extra Garbage to get hooked up online lol, Thats where sony came in circa 2006 playing catch up with the XBL service that was perfected last gen:lol:
LBP Hands down puts to shame anything on the 360 in 08 with overall ratings...Next year ps3 will have some heavyweight titles i got my eyes on ''Heavy Rain''....The 360 has hit its potential....
